Meghan serves as a Staff Attorney to the Product, Tort and Insurance Litigation Practice Group. Within this role, Meghan is responsible for providing discovery and litigation support to the Practice Group.
Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Meghan practiced in a wide variety of legal areas. Meghan has previous experience with Toxic Torts and Products Liability, including responsibility for the litigation of these matters from initiation, discovery and pleadings practice to settlement negotiation. Her practice also entailed litigation of Business and Financial Industry matters, including serving as national coordinating counsel for several large financial institutions, real estate and mortgage litigation, with the additional benefit of time spent as a closing coordinator at a closing company.
Additionally, Meghan has experience in the due diligence review of contracts as well as drafting real estate documents including property management and partnership agreements and leases. She has worked in employment law, non-profit matters and securities litigation.
Responsible for trial preparation for multimillion-dollar commercial contract dispute.
Responsible for deposition preparation of victims of multimillion-dollar Ponzi scheme.
Experience in drafting and due diligence review of contracts and real estate documents including property management, partnership agreements.
Responsible for a large corporate retail lease restructuring and amendment due to a court-ordered bankruptcy.
