Biography

Ashley Ramm’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing, and sales. Ashley also represents clients in commercial and general corporate matters.

Before law school, Ashley was a contract and compliance paralegal for a Fortune 500 company. During law school, Ashley clerked for GE Aviation and GE Additive, and served as Executive Editor of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. Ashley worked at the firm as a 2018 summer associate.
