Adds to the firm’s financial institution experience
Seasoned attorney Shannon Kuhl is joining Frost Brown Todd’s (FBT) Cincinnati office as a member. Kuhl, the former Chief Legal Officer at one of Cincinnati’s leading regional banks, will join the financial services industry team as a member of the firm’s business combinations and capital transactions practice group. Kuhl’s in-house counsel and banking industry experience provides businesses a rare perspective in controlling cost, risk management and building cross-functional relationships. She will handle everything from general business legal matters, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law compliance to regulatory, compliance and risk management matters.
“There is no better value to FBT clients than offering counsel with specific knowledge of their industry,” said Cincinnati Member-in-Charge Chris Habel. “Shannon has more than 15 years of experience working as an in-house attorney at every level from associate general counsel to chief legal officer, chief compliance officer and chief risk officer. We look forward to adding her insight to our team.”
In addition to the financial industry, Kuhl also concentrates in the pharmaceutical industry. She previously worked in legal affairs for an international pharmaceutical company.
