Tara focuses her practice in construction litigation, where she represents the full spectrum of participants in the construction industry. Tara represents clients with disputes relating to disruption, interference & delay claims, construction defects, wrongful terminations, including wrongful terminations from state and federal contracts, bid disputes and lien foreclosures. Tara has significant experience in all phases of litigation, having provided counseling to clients to prevent litigation, drafted and argued motions before state and appellate courts, taking and defending depositions, in addition to trial preparation, argument, and direct and cross examination.
Tara has been associated with the construction industry for 20 years and managed a real estate development company prior to joining Frost Brown Todd. Combining her hands-on experience in construction and real estate with her significant litigation experience, from pre-suit risk-management through trial, Tara advocates for clients in the industry through all phases of litigation.
