Sloane is a bankruptcy and commercial litigation attorney dedicated to developing innovative, cost-effective solutions for her clients. She concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy and restructuring, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, in addition to her bankruptcy practice, Sloane was a member of an ERISA withdrawal liability team, which represented multiemployer pension funds in federal arbitration and district courts nationwide.  Due to her diverse practice, she has varied experience in both federal and state courts. Sloane represents parties, both creditors and debtors, in all phases of bankruptcy proceedings and has handled preference and fraudulent transfer actions, reclamation demands, debtor-in-possession financing, assumption and rejection of executory contracts, and consumer bankruptcy matters.
