Biography

Raenell serves as the director of practice services for all business practice areas within Frost Brown Todd (FBT) across the firm’s 9-state footprint.  She has over 20 years of business leadership experience in services industries, including over 10 years in practice group management at FBT.  Raenell supports the business department chair, all of the department’s practice group leaders, and other key leaders in areas including strategic planning, budgeting, financial analysis, resource planning and management, and performance management. Her mission is to help drive overall performance and profitable revenue through all areas that touch FBT legal practices. She earned an M.A. in Organizational/Business Communications with an emphasis in management communication from the University of Kentucky and holds SHRM-CP and PHR human resources certifications. She is a past member of the Finance Committee and Strategic Planning Committee.
