Olivia focuses her practice in the areas of Corporate and Transactional Law and Bankruptcy and Restructuring. In the Corporate and Transactional Law arena, Olivia advises clients in a variety of matters related to their businesses and operations, including entity formation and corporate structure, entity rationalizations, commercial contract negotiation, state and federal securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions, and corporate governance. Olivia has significant experience advising both public and private companies, focusing primarily on clients in the technology, manufacturing and energy industries.
In the Bankruptcy and Restructuring realm, Olivia focuses her practice on creditor rights, preferential transfer and fraudulent conveyance law, and utility law. Olivia has represented secured and unsecured creditors, as well as goods and services providers. She has handled bankruptcy matters in various jurisdictions throughout the United States.
Olivia graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law with cum laude honors, where she served as a Staff Editor on the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Law and was chosen as UK Law’s 2016 Nominee to the American College of Bankruptcy Distinguished Law Student Program. Olivia earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Southeast Missouri State University in 2013.
