Biography

Nick is a litigator with a broad practice encompassing commercial litigation, mass torts and catastrophic injuries, and bad faith insurance defense. He has experience at all stages of litigation, including incident investigation, prelitigation dispute resolution, arbitration, pretrial discovery, trial, and appeal. Nick’s approach to litigation reflects the breadth of his practice. He understands that each case imposes unique challenges, and he listens to a client’s concerns and goals before collaborating with that client to customize a strategy.

Nick currently represents national manufacturers and suppliers, a national retail chain, a Fortune 100 insurance company, and several smaller companies and individuals. Nick has particularized experience in the oil and gas industry and regularly represents operators, midstream companies, and oilfield services companies. He is an active member of the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation.

Nick’s practice takes him before courts throughout Pennsylvania and has earned him recognition in Super Lawyers’ Pennsylvania Rising Stars® list for the past eight years (2014-2021), an honor limited to the top 2.5 percent of young attorneys in the Commonwealth.
