Alli represents developers, public and private companies, landlords, and tenants in the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate properties. Alli frequently prepares and reviews purchase agreements, mortgages, title documents, and transfer documents.
Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Alli received a Principles of Finance Graduate Certificate from Harvard Extension School. Alli graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2020, where she served as President of the Environmental Law Society and Treasurer of the Protective Order Project. Alli was a Summer Associate for Frost Brown Todd during the summer of 2019. Before law school, Alli worked as a Program Manager for Heritage Interactive Services in Indianapolis where she managed waste management programs for clients and implemented landfill diversion initiatives. Alli graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington with a degree in Environmental Management from SPEA, a 30-hour Certificate of Business from the Kelley School of Business, and a minor in Spanish.
