Biography

Abraham assists early-stage technology startups and high-growth emerging companies in a wide range of legal issues from formation to financing through exit. He also assists clients in the blockchain ecosystem, with a focus on cryptocurrencies. His practice focuses on general corporate counseling, angel and venture capital financings, commercial contracts, and mergers and acquisitions. Abraham also advises clients in the GLAM (galleries, libraries, archives, and museum) industries with a focus on corporate governance, asset purchases and strategic alliances.

Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Abraham was an associate at an international law firm in New York City, where he represented public and private companies in leveraged debt financings, fund financings, equity offerings and high yield 144A offerings.
