Launched in 2021 amidst increased policymaking activity due to COVID-19, shifting control of Congress, and a new presidential administration, Frost Brown Todd’s Washington, D.C. office offers an experienced and well-networked team of attorneys with a presence in the nation’s capital, as well as in their home states of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia.

Members of the firm’s bipartisan D.C. roster have held high-ranking government positions at the national and state levels, in addition to serving in an advisory capacity to prominent lawmakers, cabinet members, and federal commissions.
