Plaintiffs filed product liability actions against manufacturers and retailers of respirators used by Plaintiffs in coal mining operations. Claimed respirators leaked and contributed to their development of lung disease. Plaintiffs have filed motions to remand both cases on grounds that Court lacks jurisdiction. Defendants maintain Court does have jurisdiction.
