$167 million industrial building revenue bond issue for Cosma International, in connection with a 900,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The facility will manufacture elements for Ford Explorers and other vehicles. The bond issue closed, followed by a lease-back transaction whereby the entire project was transferred to Cosma’s affiliate, MI Developments (America) Inc., and leased back to Bowling Green Metalforming.
