Charles Bradley has joined Frost Brown Todd as a managing associate in the firm’s Louisville office and Labor and Employment Practice Group.
For nearly a decade, Bradley has worked with employers on labor relations issues and identifying potential trouble spots in the employer-employee relationship. As part of his practice, Bradley advises and assists employers in negotiation, interpretation and management of collective bargaining agreements. He also represents employers in grievance arbitrations, in matters before the National Labor Relations Board and in employment-related claims filed in state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
Bradley earned a B.A. in Journalism and English from the University of Kentucky in 2003. He attended law school at the University of Louisville, where he earned his J.D. in 2008, cum laude. He currently serves as a board member of the Thomas Edison House. He previously served as president and board member of Personal Counseling Services, Inc. (PCS) in Louisville.
