Beau F. Zoeller has joined Frost Brown Todd as a managing associate in the Indianapolis office. As part of the firm’s Finance and Real Estate Practice Group and Public and Project Finance team, he will focus on assisting government entities and financial institutions with various aspects of public finance, lending, economic development, redevelopment initiatives and public-private partnerships.

Zoeller has served as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, purchaser’s counsel, trustee’s counsel and special tax counsel on a variety of tax-exempt and taxable financings, and has handled a range of commercial loans, equipment loans and other financings for both borrowers and lenders. In addition, he provides general legal support for government entities and regulated business.
Zoeller earned his J.D. at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2012. Most recently, he served as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for a capital and equipment provider within the North American transportation industry.
