Plaintiff filed products liability action in Union Circuit Court against the manufacturers and retailers of respirators used in coal mining operations alleging that the respirators were defective and thus a contributing factor in the development of lung disease. The defendants removed the cases to Federal Court but they were remanded to Union Circuit Court.
