Maureen’s practice includes national product liability counseling and litigation in a variety of industry sectors, ranging from consumer products to construction and agricultural equipment manufacturers; prosecution and defense of contract disputes, business torts and unfair competition claims; estate litigation; and personal injury and premises liability litigation.
