Three Frost Brown Todd (FBT) attorneys will participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) highly sought-after development programs. Dallas Member Carlos White was named a 2020 LCLD Fellow, and for the first time ever, two FBT attorneys, Dallas Associate Faith Eaton and Columbus Senior Associate Zack Stillings, were selected to participate in LCLD’s Pathfinder Program.

LCLD’s Pathfinder Program focuses on career development of attorneys in the early stage of their careers who show exceptional promise. Those selected go through in-person training, online courses and networking events to build their leadership skills. The Fellows Program is a year-long program focused on the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Both programs are national in scope.

“Our firm has been a member of LCLD since 2011. Nine of our attorneys have completed the Fellows Program and four have completed the Pathfinder Program and we continue to hear very positive feedback on these elite leadership programs and their impact on the legal profession,” says FBT Director of Diversity and Inclusion Kim Amrine. “Many of our former Fellows and Pathfinder attorneys are now in leadership positions at the firm and are passionate about moving the needle with respect to diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. We are proud to continue our partnership with the LCLD who is helping us make a true impact for our future leaders and for the profession.”

Eaton handles business and commercial litigation matters for clients in both the health care and manufacturing industries. Stillings joined FBT from a New York-based national law firm and advises on a variety of disputes facing companies in the financial services industry. White works with FBT’s Franchise & Hospitality industry team. He has served as general counsel for a global I.T. company and co-owned a franchised business.
