Participants, all women, come from firm’s Indianapolis, Lexington, and Ann Arbor Markets
Three Frost Brown Todd (FBT) attorneys will participate in Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) highly sought-after leadership development programs. Indianapolis Member Janai Brackett was named a 2021 LCLD Fellow. Lexington Associate Janine Webb and Ann Arbor Senior Associate Brittany Bradshaw were selected to participate in LCLD’s Pathfinder Program. LCLD’s Pathfinder Program focuses on the career development of attorneys in the early stage of their careers who show exceptional promise. Those selected go through virtual training, online courses, and networking events to build their leadership skills. The Fellows Program is a year-long program focused on the next generation of leaders in the legal profession and welcomes 418 participants this year. The Pathfinder Program includes 404 hand-selected legal professionals from across the country.
“This year marks 10 years since FBT first joined LCLD, and the impact not only on those who have participated in the programs, but on our firm overall is incalculable,” says FBT Diversity and Inclusion Committee Chair Kimera Hall who completed the LCLD Fellows Program in 2014. “Jenai, Janine and Brittany join 13 FBT Fellow and Pathfinder alum whose passion is helping our firm move the needle with respect to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession.”
In addition to their daily work, each of these women already serve in a leadership capacity at FBT. Brackett is part of the firm’s business and commercial litigation practice group and is a Recruiting Committee member. Webb works with the Diversity & Inclusion Committee while also handling business and commercial litigation. Bradshaw is on the steering committee for the firm’s Women’s Initiative and practices corporate law for startups and emerging companies.
