Biography

Terry is the Construction Practice Group leader.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of construction law and surety law.  Terry is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers (past member of the Board of Governors).  His practice includes contract review and negotiation, contract preparation, risk management, litigation, claims avoidance and general construction advice to all participants in the construction industry.

Terry is a frequent speaker for construction and commercial groups, and has lectured and written numerous articles for several industry groups and professional organizations in the construction industry.  Terry is also a mediator and arbitrator of construction cases.
