Biography

Rob concentrates his practice in the areas of product liability, commercial litigation, breach of warranty, lemon law and tort litigation. Rob has experience in Indiana State and Federal courts and routinely represents product manufacturers against product liability and product performance claims throughout Indiana and the Midwest, having handled cases in Indiana as well as 15 other states. Rob has first-chair jury trial experience in more than 25 cases tried to verdict, including product liability, breach of warranty, lemon law and tort claims. He has also tried well over 30 bench trials and arbitrations.
