Biography

Rebecca’s practice encompasses every aspect of workers’ compensation defense. She counsels clients on everything from prevention of claims (injury) to settlement. Rebecca advises employers on policy writing, accident prevention, accident investigation, cost containment, and defense strategy. She represents employers statewide at all levels before the Industrial Commission of Ohio and in Mandamus actions before the Tenth District Court of Appeals. She handles claims in all phases from filing to settlement.
