Matt counsels clients regarding all aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyright, and related litigation issues. Passionate about technology, Matt focuses his practice on drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical and mechanical fields, as well as providing strategic patent counseling and IP due diligence advice to clients.
Matt is an active member in the Cincinnati Intellectual Property Bar Association (CincyIP), where he also sits on the board. Matt previously worked at an IP boutique located in Canton, Ohio, as well as an IP boutique located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Prior to becoming a patent professional, Matt worked as a software engineer at Harris, Mackessy & Brennan, Inc., and as a graduate assistant at Ohio University.
