Biography

Maria focuses her practice in the areas of Commercial Services, Real Estate, and Finance. She joined the firm in 2017, after participating in the 2016 Summer Associate Program.

Maria graduated from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, as valedictorian with summa cum laude honors. During her time at law school, Maria served as Senior Articles Editor on the University of Louisville Law Review and as Diversity Ambassador for minority first-year law students. She also worked as a legal intern for the Honorable Judge David J. Hale for the Western District of Kentucky. Before law school, Maria earned a Bachelors of Arts in English from the University of Louisville, where she participated in the University’s Honors Program.
