Biography

Kevin is a business litigator with experience across a range of industries and practice areas.  His main focus is on unfair competition litigation.  He is experienced in cases involving trade secret violations, breaches of non-compete agreements, contract interference claims, antitrust claims, and partnership disputes and business dissolutions.  He has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout Ohio and in all phases of litigation, from motion practice to bench and jury trials to briefing and arguing appeals.
