Biography

Jillian is a bankruptcy and commercial litigation attorney who provides clients with attentive representation that keeps their budgets and business goals in mind. She concentrates her practice in the areas of bankruptcy and restructuring, creditors’ rights, commercial and consumer foreclosure, commercial litigation and loan workouts.

During her career, Jillian has handled asset sales, debtor-in-possession financing, the assumption and rejection of leases and executory contracts, and preference and fraudulent transfer actions.

Jillian focuses her practice on representing:
