Biography

Jeff joined the Lexington office in January 1996. Before joining the firm, he practiced in the Los Angeles and District of Columbia offices of Latham & Watkins, and opened and worked in its Hong Kong office.

Jeff is the chair of the firm’s Business Department and has served as the Business Combinations and Capital Transactions Practice Group Leader. He has substantial experience representing domestic and foreign buyers and sellers in connection with the purchase and sale of private and public companies, and representing companies that are establishing a presence in the Midwestern and Southern United States. He also has significant experience representing lenders and borrowers in funding transactions involving the United States and foreign jurisdictions. Jeff works extensively on all stages of corporate and financial transactions, including structuring, negotiating, documenting and consummating such transactions.
