Biography

Jeanie has been a paralegal for 20 years and joined the firm in 1993 as a paralegal in the estate planning/estate administration area. Since then her experience has expanded to include the practice areas of litigation and commercial real estate/transactions.

Her primary functions include: coordinating with lawyers and clients to manage cases, prepare discovery requests and responses and manage documents and exhibits; drafting documents for attorneys; legal and other research; fact investigation and evaluation; reviewing and summarizing medical records; locating and interviewing witnesses; participation in conference calls and client meetings; trial preparation; reviewing title and real estate documents and assisting with real estate closings; drafting estate planning documents and assisting with administration of estates.
