Biography

Jason focuses his practice on a variety of patent matters for mechanical and related technologies, and he is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Jason has experience assisting clients of all sizes with various aspects of their patent-related needs, including evaluating patentability of new inventions; preparing and prosecuting U.S., international, and foreign patent applications; and conducting freedom-to-practice and patent infringement investigations.

In addition to his legal background, Jason has engineering and technical experience in technologies including medical devices, industrial robotics, and test instrumentation for aircraft turbofan engines. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, he was a patent attorney with a boutique intellectual property law firm in Cincinnati.
