Biography

Emma devotes her practice to assisting municipalities, school districts, and other public and private entities in various financial matters including bond issuances, economic development, and special project financing. Prior to joining the firm, Emma graduated valedictorian of her law school class, served as a Staff Member of the Capital University Law Review, and was a teaching assistant for the first-year legal research and writing course. Emma was a law clerk with Frost Brown Todd during her final year of law school.
