Biography

Connie draws on a wealth of experience while also keeping pace with industry advances to help her clients move both quickly and carefully. Connie’s clients also appreciate the care she takes to understand their unique business and protect their competitive advantage.

Connie has extensive experience in the negotiation of software, SaaS and other technology agreements, manufacturing, supply and distribution agreements, litigation of trademark, trade secret, copyright and patent disputes, and prosecution of trademark and copyright registrations. Connie advises clients doing business in China and other countries on the protection of their intellectual property within their supply chain, technology transfer and other agreements, and through international patent, trademark and copyright registration. Connie serves clients in diverse industries doing business across the U.S. and the world.

Connie has first-hand knowledge of business realities through her prior in-house experience with two publishing companies, including as vice president of a vertically- integrated greeting card and gift company with retail manufacturing and national distribution arms.

Connie also teaches and mentors law students in intellectual property law as an adjunct professor at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
