Biography

Christina focuses her practice on environmental litigation, transactional and regulatory matters, including work involving the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and other major state and federal environmental regulatory programs.

Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Christina was employed by Ohio EPA for more than a dozen years, rising to the level of Supervisor in the Division of Air Pollution Control.  There, she performed and oversaw compliance inspections, the drafting and negotiation of state and federal air permits, administrative and judicial enforcement actions, and all other functions of the Division.  Her regulatory experience spans numerous industries, including ferro-alloy production, paper mills, asphalt plants, and oil and gas facilities, including wellpads, midstream facilities and fractionation plants.

Christina graduated summa cum laude from Capital University Law School in 2019 and was awarded the prestigious American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education Scholarship and Leadership Award, which recognizes the single graduate who best represents a combination of scholarship and leadership.
