Biography

Bryan assists foreign and domestic clients in negotiating, structuring, financing and documenting mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and other business transactions. He also regularly advises clients in connection with formation, venture capital and securities matters, as well as other general corporate transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Bryan’s work experience included employment with Coopers and Lybrand, LLP as a Certified Public Accountant.
