Benjamin A. West
Ben has a history of solving complex problems for his clients inside and outside of the courtroom. Ben has represented small “mom and pop” companies, international airlines and national shipping companies, and everything in between. He has experience in aviation, transportation, class-action defense, and general commercial litigation, and has also worked with property owners’ associations in handling both transactional and litigation matters.
