Biography

Barry serves clients in areas including domestic and foreign patent prosecution, intellectual property opinions, and intellectual property disputes.  Barry works in a broad range of technologies including mechanical,  telecommunications, materials, medical devices, and business methods.  Barry is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Barry worked for a Fortune 500 consumer product goods company in Research and Development.  In his various roles, Barry worked to develop and commercialize new product developments both domestically and internationally.  He has experience with marketing research testing, prototype development, commercial product launches, material optimization, and product supply improvements.
