MedServ, et al. v. Omniflight Helicopters

The case concerned air medical transport outfits wherein MedServ was seeking to prevent Omniflight from providing service in a large part of South Carolina. The case was determined on motion practice and then appealed, but while the appeal is pending, the federal court has taken the case back on Omniflight’s Rule 60 Motion. The case has since been resolved outside the context of litigation.
