About BTI Client Service All-Stars

In its 17th year of publication, the BTI Client Service All-Stars by BTI Consulting Group is established as the gold standard for corporate counsel and law firms to identify the lawyers who continuously provide the very best client service. Each year, BTI contacts a sample of legal decision makers at organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. The results published in the annual report draw on data collected in the ongoing Annual Survey of General Counsel. No attorney or law firm can self-nominate, self-refer or pay to be included in the report, but must be nominated directly by corporate counsel: clients have the final – and only – say. In the 2018 report, clients point to “superior client experience” as a new factor driving all-star performance, with an emphasis on creating the strongest and longest-lasting relationships, built around adding value and client’s preferences.
