Frost Brown Todd (FBT) is pleased to announce the appointment of six new members across its footprint, including Holly Brown Powell in Lexington. Powell practices in the area of corporate law, assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, IT agreements, software and services licensing, contract formation and negotiation, debt and equity financings, and general business issues. She has worked on formation and restructuring projects for businesses ranging in size from small entrepreneurs to large international public companies. Powell joined FBT as an associate in September 2007, after receiving her degree from the University of Kentucky (UK) School of Law. She also has an MBA and a bachelor of science in accounting from UK.
