Frost Brown Todd’s (FBT’s) chief executive officer, Adam Hall, has added his name to the list of more than 500 business and university leaders who’ve signed the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion ™ (CEO Action) pledge, further underscoring the firm’s commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and genuinely meritocratic workplace.

As Hall notes, “Diversity and inclusion have long been a core part of Frost Brown Todd’s culture and the value our firm brings to its clients and communities.” Now, by signing the pledge, Hall has committed himself and the firm to working with other signatories to combat unconscious bias and elevate the national dialogue around racial, gender, and ethnic diversity. In addition, signatories have pledged to share insights and best practices from their organization’s own inclusion journey.

“Frost Brown Todd eagerly joins hundreds of other companies,” says Hall, “in pledging to build and share innovative approaches to these vitally important issues and to help inspire change on the scale necessary to make a true impact on our businesses and communities.”

Joining CEO Action is the most recent of many steps FBT has taken, and continues to take, to advance diverse professionals and maintain a work environment in which different perspectives are encouraged and valued.
