Goodwin and Member Carol Smith have been selected to the 2018 edition of West Virginia Super Lawyers® for attaining a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. In addition to handling litigation matters for clients, he practices appellate advocacy, advises on government relations, intellectual property matters and commercial transactions.
