In May 2006 plaintiff William Taylor sued his employer, United Parcel Service. Taylor claimed his supervisor and coworkers touched him inappropriately and discussed his body parts in a sexual manner. According to Taylor, this conduct constituted sexual harassment in violation of the Kentucky Civil Rights Act, KRS Chapter 344. Taylor also claimed UPS retaliated against him by disciplining him and assigning him work while other employees sat idle.
