Frost Brown Todd assisted WILD Flavors, Inc. (owner/purchaser), an international flavor manufacturer, in connection with the acquisition of 24 acres of undeveloped land and a 116,000 square foot facility on an additional 16 acres from Corporex for the establishment and future development of a corporate campus for its U.S. headquarters and primary manufacturing facility in Erlanger, Kentucky.
