Frost Brown Todd represented the developer, Western and Southern Financial Group, in the negotiation of the anchor lease with American Financial Group, Inc. for the to-be-built Queen City Square office tower in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. The lease is for a total of 530,000 square feet of space on 22 floors. The tower is projected to include 825,000 square feet of space on 40 floors and is currently under construction with a scheduled completion in 2011.
