Welborn Clinic v. Medquist

We represented Welborn Clinic as appellant in resisting arbitration of the action. We secured a reversal in this appeal about the arbitrability of certain causes of action in the complaint alleging breach of contract and various torts.  Case Citation: 301 F.3d 634 (7th Cir. 2002)
