Frost Brown Todd’s (FBT) Pittsburgh office welcomes Member Lauren Wylie as part of the Business and Commercial Litigation and Construction practice groups. Wylie has extensive experience working with defense and energy contractors and government agencies engaged in federal programs and projects of all sizes and complexities.
Wylie has spent more than 20 years as managing counsel for Fortune 500 to Fortune 50 companies in a variety of industries. Most recently, she served as General Counsel for CB&I Project Services Group handling a multi-billion dollar first of a kind construction project. This capital project was administered by the Department of Energy, managed by the National Nuclear Security Agency, funded by Congress and regulated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. She has also served as assistant general counsel at Express Scripts and senior counsel at United Technologies Company. Wylie often speaks on topics important to various industries engaged in government procurements included Revolving Door and Safe Harbor, Buy American Act, Mandatory Reporting, and Foreign Ownership, Control and Influence regulations.
