EPA issued a notice of violation to Global Home Products, alleging that  the company’s glass manufacturing facility in Lancaster, Ohio, had violating the federal Clean Air Act since 1993. The company was ordered to install $3 million in emission control equipment, and could suffer a civil penalty of approximately $10 million.
