Frost Brown Todd Member Tom Gabelman participated on a panel at the annual Cincinnati Business Courier Commercial Real Estate Developers Power Breakfast, held at Duke Energy Convention Center on May 3. The panel discussion focused on The Banks Project and the $2.7B redevelopment of Cincinnati’s riverfront – one of the largest P3 urban redevelopment projects currently underway in the U.S. As Project Counsel, Gabelman advises Hamilton County on the project and other economic development initiatives. The Power Breakfast featured REDI Cincinnati’s Annual Growth Awards, presented to companies that attract and retain businesses, jobs and capital investments in the region.
