We represented Sinclair Communications and its affiliate WYSX as defendants-appellees-cross-appellants in this age discrimination case. The plaintiff appealed the district court’s decision to compel arbitration of the claim, and we appealed the district court’s decision to sever certain aspects of the arbitration clause. We prevailed entirely on the plaintiff’s appeal and prevailed in part on our cross-appeal.  Case Citation: 425 F.3d 1012, C.A. 6 (Ohio) 2005.
