In June 2006, after two attempts to mediate, and rejection of an offer of a structured settlement in excess of $1.5 million dollars, FBT lawyers tried an automobile accident case, wherein Plaintiff was a passenger injured in a one-car accident in the Defendant’s car. Both liability and Plaintiffs’ injuries were admitted.
Extent of Injuries: Plaintiff’s injuries were significant, including broken facial and ocular bones, and three non-displaced fractures of her thoracic spine. Plaintiff’s trial demand exceeded $3 million.
