Former UPS employee Richard Gross appealed the Referee’s decision denying him unemployment benefits. Gross argued before the Referee and on appeal that UPS terminated him for reporting a workplace violence situation and reporting certain UPS accounting practices to Deloitte & Touche. Gross also claimed lack of due process at the hearing and that UPS’ summation was not based on sufficient evidence.
